On behalf of Shelvie Jean team, our hearts go out to everyone, because we are all affected by this unprecedented time of uncertainly. We will try hard to ship out orders as soon as possible, but there could be delays with shortness of staff at this time. It could take 48 to 72 hours for it to ship, with so many orders going out. Thank you for all your understanding.

We will not be accepting any RETURNS at this time also from the CDC after is has been shipped to you and you have received it. Sorry for any inconvenience that that may cause you. But this is the orders that we have received from the CDC at this time and we are to follow and obey them.
